Okay guys here is a little experiment. Get a piece of paper along with a pen and draw a circle. When you have done this make a bigger circle that envelopes the first circle. This bigger circle represents positive growth and change in your Life whether that be losing weight, getting healthy , staying and getting fit, eating better etc…
Now if you find yourself staying in that first circle then you are staying in your comfort zone. This zone is where you do NOT experience neither positive change nor growth. It is a zone where you take it easy and remain stagnant and comfortable as you have probably done for many years.
Sure, it may seem like a good life to live but you know what eventually happens in your comfort zone ? Well, you increase your chances for having diabetes , heart disease, stroke, broken down joints and ligaments, etc…
Sure stepping out of your comfort zone requires some discipline and often times temporary pain. Believe me I know. But it is just TEMPORARY whereas having Diabetes and heart disease is NOT temporary !
So you decide which path you want to go down. I think you will find the answer by going to the big circle instead of staying in the small one. Here you will have some pain but in the long run you will have much more of a healthier and fulfilling Life !! PERIOD !!!

Many experts including doctors agree that internal fat ,which occurs around the all important organs of the body , can cause all kinds of complications including heart disease, strokes, high blood pressure, kidney failure etc..
And to make matters worse that fat around the belly, butt, and legs really hurt our self esteem and confidence.
Its also frustrating that belly fat ,which in many cases is unattractive ,can be very frustrating to get off. Its like the last part of fat to come off.
Here is one good reason (many of you dont know) why it is so tough to lose that last part of
belly fat :
Your hormones are totally unstable going up and down.
And long term stress causes one’s body to produce a hormone called Cortisol. And the more Cortisol your body has the more fat your body stores up. Bad news right ! So if you have a bad job, relationship, other health problems etc..etc.. this can cause the release of this fatty producing hormone called Cortisol!
Plus, eating really bad food will make your insulin levels go way, way up. And this is a hormone which stores fat !
And lastly glucagen which is a fat burning hormone well….it gets turned off.
Can you say Body Fat and Belly Fat ???
Anyway, many people just do not realize that hormones have a big play in putting on fat particularly in the belly region.
So just beware of that !
Finally, many of you Readers have asked how I have been feeling lately. Well, the palpitations have decreased pretty significantly. Although I still feel something there in my heart. I will know more in the next few weeks with the stress test and all at the doctors office.
I have been able to power walk a few miles with the girls lately. And also do my 250 pushup and 260 situps every other day
So life aint that bad !!
Take care,
Robert Andrew

Yeah, my heart palpitations really got bad this past weekend particularly on Sunday. It felt so uncomfortable and scary that I went to the ER. They did some EKGs and blood pressure along with taking my blood. And thats when the doctor on staff told me it was PVC. In other wards there between my Atrium and Ventricle in my heart an extra beat is occurring causing the funny fluttering sensation in my heart. And consequently beats become rapid and then slow ;up and down.
The ER doctor then sent me to a Cardiologist the next day. Who the scheduled me for in two weeks a stress test on a tread mill, echocardiagram, and a 24 hour EKG that I take home with me.
Pretty fun stuff ,eh
Anyway, the last few days my palpitations in my heart have diminished quite significantly. I have taking some short walks with my girls and even started back on my push up and sit up regimen. But no back to my
Running
I dont look forward to all these test that are being done to me soon. But is it better to be proactive than to sit back and just let things go. If you do this you are just looking for major problems with your health.
So you guys out there be on top of what your body is telling you ,and do NOT hesitate in seeing your doctor as as possible if you feel like something is wrong.
Cheers to a long and happy life,
Rob
